All people on our property must sign a waiver, not just riders. The link to the waiver is in your confirmation email. You can forward that email to all the people in your group. Minors must have a waiver signed by parent or legal guardian. We do not offer the option of filling out a paper waiver and ask that you complete your online waiver prior to arrival to avoid delays at check-in.

Our regular trail rides are all walking only. This policy is for your safety. Below is our rating system, we use this so that we can choose a horse that is appropriate for your skill level. We do allow riders to go faster than a walk, these must be booked as a Fast Ride and you must be at Level 3 or above. Note: Booking a Fast Ride does not guarantee that you will be able to trot and canter, our guides reserve the right to determine the pace you will go, and they will interview all riders in your group and assess them on the trail, and use these assessments to determine the pace of your ride.
We ride “English” style, two hands on a direct rein and post the trot.

Yes, 240lbs. This limit is for your safety and to protect our horses. If you arrive and are over our weight limit, you will not be allowed to ride and no refund will be offered. See important information below. For those unable to ride we offer the Equine Interactive Experience.
Please ensure the accuracy of your weight information for riders, is much appreciated, and sometimes essential to our ability to fulfill your reservation. Due to the size of our horses we do have a weight limit for their health and well-being, we only have a few horses that can carry riders at or near the weight limit. We have a scale at check-in, and may ask a customer to step on it when there appears to be a discrepancy between the weight submitted for the reservation and the actual weight of the rider. We hate to confirm weight at check-in; so, if possible, please check riders on a scale at home before booking your ride. This will help to avoid unpleasant surprises for everyone involved. If you are over our weight limit we will not refund.
