HOW TO MAKE A RESERVATION USING YOUR GROUPON VOUCHER

Purchasing the Groupon voucher does not book a reservation for your ride. It is best to book a reservation for your ride, if you do not have a reservation you may have to wait until a horse is available.

DO NOT REDEEM YOUR VOUCHER, WE CANNOT ACCEPT REDEEMED VOUCHERS. If you have redeemed please contact GROUPON Customer Service to get a valid voucher code before booking your trail ride.

• You can book your trail ride using your voucher code online 24/7.
• To use our simple online option, use the “BOOK YOUR TRAIL RIDE EXPERIENCE” button on this page to access our online booking calendar.  Choose the date, time, and voucher type (2, 4 or 6 persons).
• Enter rider information, if you do not know the information enter TBD in the required fields and call us when you know your rider’s information.
• Enter your Groupon Voucher Code (an 8 capital letter code toward the top of the voucher under the barcode) during the check-out process to complete your reservation booking. Your voucher will be applied to your booking so there is nothing else for you to do but come out and enjoy your ride. We redeem your voucher after you check-in for your ride.
• If you would like to book by calling our office at 281.446.7232 (8:00 am – 7:00 pm) please have your Groupon Voucher Code (an 8 capital letter code toward the top of the voucher under the barcode) ready to give to the reservation agent. Do not redeem your voucher prior to booking your reservation, we will redeem the voucher after you check-in for your ride. Please note that we will need the complete name, age, *weight, height, and skill level for each rider, see FAQ on Adventure Trail Ride for detailed explanation. If you have not ridden a horse you are a 0, if you have been on guided trail rides you are a 1.
• We do ride in light rain, so call if you have any doubt. We are flexible on rebooking without penalty, please call us as soon as you can if your plans change.
• You may add an additional rider ($10 off regular price) at check-out.
• Saturdays, Federal Holidays and Valentine’s Day are black out days for your voucher, you can book a ride on those days for a $10 per person upgrade, you must call to book a trail ride on a black out day.
• Our Groupon Adventure Trail Ride Experience is for a regular trail ride only, no other options are available.
• *IMPORTANT: For the safety and comfort of our riders and horses please note we have a 240 lb weight limit.
• If a red X displays when you enter your voucher you may be trying to book on a black out day or your voucher has expired. If your voucher has expired call us for information about using an expired voucher.
